I have been struggling with my weight for the past few years. I grew quicker than most of my cousins and friends around my age and with puberty came weight gain. I was self conscious then and I am still self conscious now but I am ready to work towards the healthy and fit body that I've always wanted.
I am a Senior in college and I have been trying to finish a workout program orshoudl I say incorporate working out into my daily schedule since Freshman year! CRAZY?? I know. I am just a ball of craziness but I know that I can get this done if I just make this one of my priorities. My problem isn't finding a workout that works for my life, I just have a serious problem with staying consistent throughout the various programs that I may choose. If I do not see results after that workout or maybe one week I will want to try something else.
I have tried Personal Training through Gold's Gym (DO NOT USE COMPEL FITNESS BECAUSE TO OPT OUT OF THAT CONTRACT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE!!!), P90X, P90X3, and now I am trying to find the motivation to start 21 Day Fix Extreme.
My goal currently is to complete 21 Day Fix Extreme because it is such a short program and I should be able to work out and stick to the 3 week eating plan that is provided through Beachbody On Demand. After finishing 21 Day Fix Extreme I may think about starting P90X3 immediately or I may do another round of 21 Day Fix. I think that if I finish a workout program that is this short in comparison to others I will feel motivated to take on something longer.
